Today I am going to tell you guys about loosing weight in healthiest ,fastest  and easiest way.

You guys can do this at home 
It is free of cost .
It is not complicated .
You can do this activity at any time .

I am going to give a little overview about obesity and health problems before starting my actual topic....to give you guys a better understanding that why it is important to maintain  weight ( body mass Index)

OBESITY-Excessive fat in the  body that leads to many health problems.

HEALTH PROBLEMS :-

  1. Heart disease and strokes
  2. High blood pressure (hypertension).
  3. High bad cholesterol level .
  4. Diabetes
  5. Cancer.
  6. Kidney disease
  7. Not able to work physically ( because of excessive weight)
  8. Respiratory disease. (Mainly breathing Problems)
  9. Mentally distress( because of physical appearance that can leads to many psychiatric problems)
  10. Low self esteem.
  11. Osteoarthritis( inflammation of joints ) occurs because  of overweight in obese.
Their are so many more health problems that can occur because of excessive weight.


Well today we all have unhealthy ,busy ,fast lifestyle ....and it is tough to find a healthy , easy, less time consuming activity which can help you to maintain your body and to be healthy,active ,strong.



Everybody wants a fit and healthy body .....

So Let's just start ......

STAIRS CLIMBING EXERCISE-
  • Firstly select 10-20 stairs  at least.
  • Just climb these stairs  up and down everyday for 15 mins.Very simple right .
  • If you want ,You can build up your time slowly slowly.
  • For first day 5 mins then second day 7 mins ........ and like this build up your time to 15 mins.
  • So just start from today .Loose that unnecessary fat from your body to be more active and healthy.
  • TIP- Move your arms while climbing stairs up and down .(for loss of weight from whole body including arms)

  • 4-5 calories get burned by climbing single stair.
